Input needed on spray-in liner
Question:
Rhino, Line-x, Perma-tech? Which is the best? I don’t care about color matching. Warranty, durability, strength, non-slippery surface is what is important. Let me know what you have or used and if you like it. Dan
Response:
I had Line_x installed in mine a month ago (03 2500HD). LOVE IT!! Line-X is more durable than Rhino. Rhino is more rubbery like an eraser, Line-X is harder. I shoveled out 2 yards of topsoil and not one nick from the shovel scrapes.

Response:
Line-X 110% i think is best out there. i have had 2 of them, and love them. they might be a lil bit more then others BUT i think there worth it. www.line-x.com i think thats the web site. what area are you in?
Response:
I did the research and had Line-X installed on my 03 2500HD also. Very pleased with the results. The Rhino dealer in town suddenly quit doing linings "for lack of space". I ditto the Rhino softness after seeing their sample
Response:
I picked Rhino because of the rubbery surface. I thought Line-X was too hard. I wanted light weight (10 lb) boxes to not slide around, they’re 14"X18" and slide too easily on the original painted metal surface. Similar for camping gear. I think Rhino is quieter, but never tried a Line-X so can’t say for certain, but the softer surface lead me to that conclusion. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – > I had Line_x installed in mine a month ago (03 2500HD). Response:
Had Rhino (blue to match truck) sprayed in my 99 silverado in April 99 and it still looks good and holding up well, even the color.

Response:
The Rhino sprayed in liner is the best. the others are copy cats that can’t stand up to the Rhino. The warranty on the Rhino liner is (lifetime) or as long as you own the truck. I’ve had a Rhino liner in my truck since ‘95 and love it. As a side note, the Rhino liner was the first of the sprayed in liners.
